So, I have terrible internet and my friend who lives just down the road a bit gets about 3 mbps compared to my 180 kbps and we hang out a bit. If I were to go to his house and bring a flash drive (such as this http://www.amazon.ca/Patriot-Supersonic-Magnum-Series-PEF256GSMNUSB/dp/B00B964QFO/ref=pd_sim_sbs_147_8?ie=UTF8&dpID=41GzwB72swL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=0YV5BTTQTPT4E1FS2HW4) could I just transfer the files to my Hard Drive on my PC then instead of actually downloading them at my house? Here is some info that may be of use to whoever answers this...
1. I have Windows 10 64 bit but his computer has 8 or 8.1 64 bit. Will this create a problem in any way? If it will, could we just upgrade his laptop to Windows 10?
2. I have games from Steam, Uplay and Origin. Should I create different folders on the flash drive for each service? Also, will each one be able to just transfer the games?
Thanks in advance for any help I receive!
